PRINT & GRAPHIC TOUCHPOINT DESIGN
InVenture is Medtronic Diabetes’ innovation platform designed to empower employees to shape the future of diabetes care. Built on a foundation of creativity and collaboration, InVenture invites inventors to submit visionary ideas that enhance products and services, meeting patients where they are on their diabetes journey.
The program begins with inventors exploring unmet needs and opportunities. Once ideas are submitted, the community engages by investing CrowdCash (votes) to champion the most promising concepts. The top six ideas are then brought to life, funded, and developed over the course of the year.
My work focused on crafting the visual identity and communication assets for InVenture, ensuring the program inspires and engages inventors at every stage of their journey. From branding and promotional materials to digital assets, I helped bring the spirit of innovation to life.
Annual Rebrand & Touchpoint Designs

Each year, a new inventor is chosen, shaping and energizing our brand identity. Once the inventor and brand direction are approved, we apply the branding across all necessary collateral. 
Step-By-Step Storyboard

For the program's step-by-step presentation, I developed and refined visual assets, ensured precise typography adjustments for clarity and professionalism, and created detailed invention diagrams to effectively communicate complex concepts. My contributions elevated the presentation’s overall quality and alignment with InVenture's innovative objectives.
Installation Mockups - Pre & Post

For InVenture’s launch, I designed mockups using photographs of installation areas to seamlessly integrate my graphics into physical spaces. This allowed employees to visualize the program’s presence, creating excitement and encouraging participation. The collateral included posters, banners, and digital displays, all crafted to reflect InVenture’s innovative spirit.
